FastCRC Library Type Library

The following sample demonstrates how to use the FastCRC Type Library to calculate the CRC16C checksum for a string.

Visual Basic Example

   Dim checksum As Long

   'Calculate the checksum
   checksum = FCRC16C_CalculateStr("Hello World!")

   'Show the hexadecimal representation of the checksum
   MsgBox FCRC_LongToHex16(checksum, True)
