RIPEMD-256 is a secure hash algorithm, designed by
by Dobbertin, Bosselaers, and Preneel. The algorithm takes a
message of arbitrary length and produces a 256-bit message digest.
RIPEMD-256 is an optional extension of RIPEMD-128 and is
intended for applications of hash functions that require a longer hash result
without needing a larger security level than RIPEMD-128.
