TIGER Overview
TIGER is a secure
hash algorithm developed by
Ross Anderson and Eli Biham in 1996. The algorithm takes a
message of arbitrary length and produces a 192-bit message
digest.
The TIGER algorithm is designed to be
quite fast on 64-bit machines.
