CRC16_Update

void CRC16_Update( [ in,out ]CRC16_Context* pContext, [ in , size_is( nSrcLength ) ] const void* pSrc, [ in ] int nSrcLength );

Parameters

pContext

    [in/out] A memory buffer that is used as the context.

     Note. All predefined types are specified in the Predefined Types List.

 pSrc

    [in] A continuous memory block with which to update the context.

 nSrcLength

    [in] Length in bytes of the memory block.

Remarks

Updates (based on CRC16 checksum algorithm) the pContext context with the pSrc memory block. Call this function for each continuous memory block of the data for which the checksum is calculated. To retrieve the checksum after using CRC16_Update, call CRC16_Final or CRC16_FinalHex.

Note. Before the first call to CRC16_Update, CRC16_UpdateStr, CRC16_Final or CRC16_FinalHex functions, the context must be initialized with CRC16_Init.
